Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: If I order overnight, will the order ship the same day?
A: Yes, if order before 11am...if after, it will ship the next business day. Please call us for special needs after 11am.

Q: Which shipping carrier does Swiftmaps use for shipments?
A: Swiftmaps used US Postal Service (USPS) for almost 99% of shipments. UPS/FedEx are used on a special needs basis based on the package size/weight or as requested by customers who need product shipped to a physical address instead of a mailing address. This typically occurs in rural areas. As a note - all framed and crated items are shipped UPS/FedEx due to size.
